Hello,
As duke_igthorn noted in his blog, in

"With all due respect, combining USB and V4L into one blog does not seem
reasonable." I agree with him. In any case, I had posted
some introductory blog on Video4Linux and Video Apps ; it is in
http://www.livejournal.com/users/rrx/15
I decided not to post it (and subsequent Video4Linux blogs) here. I will only
mention it in this blog when some vide4linux is posted in RRX blog
(which will not be often), since it may be of interest to some of you.
